Terms and Conditions

Method of Payment  

The following options are available:

1. C.O.D. ($7.00 fee applies) * All first time COD orders require either a cashier's check or money order.

2. Credit Card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. A 3% credit card charge will only be applied if the Distributor uses this payment method.

3. Wire Transfer.

4. Checks may be accepted as an option with proper I.D. and Telecheck Verification only. No phone orders will be processed until check is actually received.

5. On a Net account. Must have an approved Credit Application on file with us.

C.O.D. PAYMENTS :

Once a customer has placed an order requesting C.O.D., they are responsible for accepting the delivery. UPS will make 3 attempts to collect payment upon delivery. If they are unable to, the customer will have to call for a tracking number to claim their package. Freight charge will be applied to their original invoice for any refused or returned orders, and their next order will have to be prepaid.

PAST DUE PAYMENTS :

There will be a 5% interest charge, per month, on all invoices past due 30 days. Delinquent accounts over 30 days will be reported to all 3 major Credit Reporting Agencies.

Any order not fully paid within 90 days will be sent to a Collection Agency and/or legal action may be taken.

CALIFORNIA STATE SALES TAX:

•  All California Resellers must provide a resale tax number or the entire order will be taxable. IMPORTANT: Credit will not be issued if the resale number is not mentioned at the time of the order.

•  Legitimate and current resale numbers are required.

•  The resale number needs to be provided as soon as possible upon ordering, or tax will be applied to the order by 5pm the next business day.

RETURNED CHECKS AND FEES :

There will be a $30.00 fee charged for any returned check, in addition to the original check amount.

CREDIT AND REFUND PAYMENTS :

  • Please Allow 30 days for credits and refunds. Credit card refunds may take two billing cycles before showing on your statement.

  • All refunds will be issued using the same form of payment used in the original purchase.

  • Orders are shipped C.O.D., Prepaid, or by Credit Card.
  • •  Domestic and International orders are shipped by UPS, DHL Worldwide Express, Priority Mail with no C.O.D., or by Express Mail. 

    •  Priority Mail with C.O.D. will be subject to a $10.00 service charge and a Special Instruction form will need to be filled out by the rep requesting it. Let the Order Desk know.

    •  Any other major shipping company can be used upon request, but customer will be responsible for all charges.

    •  If a customer uses their own shipping company or already has an account with any of the companies listed above, they may use that account, but will be responsible for charges and arrangements.

    Option to Waive Signature Fee : For orders under $100.00, customers may opt to waive the $2.00 fee normally charged by UPS to require a signature on all deliveries. Customer would then be responsible for any items delivered without the recipient's signature.

    BACK ORDERS :

    Although we keep a large inventory of each product in stock, some occasionally sell out quickly. We do not accept payments for back ordered items in advance. The only exception made is for students attending Training Classes or at Trade Shows.

    SHIPPING CHARGES FOR BACK ORDERS AT TRADE SHOWS OR CLASSES :

      • Back ordered items are shipped Ground Delivery only.

      • BioTouch may opt to waive shipping charges on items under 10 lbs.

      • All rush or overseas shipments will require shipping charges prepaid.

      • Oversized items and heavy equipment need to have shipping charges prepaid.

    ERRORS OR DELAYS:

      •  Stating the exact name of the product when ordering prevents error and delay.

      •  If an item was sent in error (on our part), please report it immediately. A call tag may be issued to pick up the merchandise and replaced with the correct item(s), OR, we may opt to use a different method to process the exchange.

     

    Returns and Exchanges

     

    • Please inspect merchandise as soon as possible upon delivery. If there are any questions, please contact your sales representative immediately.

     

    • All return and exchange shipments must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase, unless otherwise stated. Merchandise must be returned postage prepaid, in its original packaging, and fit for resale. Items that have tampered with, misused, or serial numbers that have been tampered with, will not be accepted.

     

    • Unless a wrong item was shipped or determined to be defective, customer is responsible for all shipping charges on all returns, as well as any insurance coverage to prevent risk of loss.

     

    • Items determined to be found defective or incorrectly shipped, will be replaced and re-shipped to the customer at no charge if within the U.S.

     

    • If a defective item is part of a kit, only that defective part or item will be replaced. A repair fee may apply.

     

    • Unless determined to be defective, Special Order items cannot be returned, no exceptions.

     

    • Replacement items are sent only after we have the returned items in hand, unless special circumstances cause us to waive the return requirement. 

     

    Warranties

    All machines, skin, and salon equipment have a standard Six (6) Month Limited Warranty unless otherwise stated. Parts and labor are covered. Manufacturer is not responsible for any damage caused by tampering or improper use, or normal wear and tear. Although account information can be retrieved, the original invoice is preferred to insure warranty coverage.

    PRODUCTS WITH A SIX ( 6) MONTH LIMITED WARRANTY INCLUDE:

    PRODUCTS WITH A TWELVE ( 12) MONTH WARRANTY INCLUDE:

              •  Permanent Makeup Machines *
              •  Hot / Cold Steamer
              •  Babe Scrubber and Spatula Tool
              •  The Body Slimming Machine

    * MACHINES AND EQUIPMENT

    Warranties will be valid only on Machines determined to be defective, within the warranty period, and with the original serial number in place.
